Guide rails should be used in the JJ49-87 standard material for the A3 steel T-shaped elevator dedicated rail, the speed of less than 0.4 m / s elevator can also be used to straighten the hot-rolled steel as a guide rail.
<1> Before installation, clean the guide rail surface and both ends of the tenon, and check the straightness of the guide is not greater than 0.6 / 5000, and a single guide length deviation of not more than 0.7 mm. The rails that do not meet the requirements should be calibrated with the rail corrector.
Each rail that meets the requirements should be fitted with a guide plate at the end of the tenon as shown in Figure 6-37.
<2> The rails are installed from bottom to top, and the trolley is lifted. As shown in Figure 6-38, the guide rails are fixed on the rails by means of pressure plates and should not be welded or bolted. The lower end of the counter rail and the counterweight guide with the safety gear shall be supported on a solid rail base.
After the first section of the guide rail is installed, the second section rail will be lifted down so that the lower end of the guide plate of the first section guide rail is fastened with a bolt nut.
